If you need to cancel, please extend the courtesy of providing at least 24 hours notice, and we'd be delighted to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient day. To secure your booking, we require saving a credit/debit card on file, ensuring your information is confidential and never shared.
For no-shows, a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost will be charged, and rescheduling will be possible only after payment in full. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or on the same day will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
To maintain consistency in our services, we recommend arriving a few minutes early. Additionally, please note our 15-minute policy: if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time, it may affect your service, potentially incurring additional charges if we cannot complete the service within the remaining time. While we strive to accommodate our guests, please understand that to ensure excellence, the allocated time for your service is crucial.
