I highly recommend Salon Ivory in Mill Creek. Danielle is an exceptional hair stylist who takes time to work with her clients and make sure they are completely satisfied with their hair cut. Ashley has also been my stylist in the past and also does and exceptional job. It is my opinion from observation over the past several years you can\'t go wrong with any of their stylists.

Joshua was great! I never had such an in depth and comprehensive consultation to talk about what I wanted and about how my hair is. Usually I think the conversations aren\'t longer than five minutes. The end result looked good and I\'m really happy with the whole experience. Getting a short hair cut is not as easy as one would think.

I absolutely love Josh, he is wonderful. I just need to remeber to ask him if he can wrap a wet towel or wash cloth around my neck and then put the cape on. My hair is so wiry that my mom has had to dig hair splinters out of my back and shoulders after the last two visits. Probably need to rinse my hair a second time before drying and styling for the same reason. I am, however, not in love with my haircut this time. I was hoping the style would grow on me but it hasn\'t. It\'s too masculine of a haircut for me and I feel it makes me look too much like a boy. I would like to come in and get a redo if at all possible. I still love the salon and look forward seeing you guys again.

I had a consultation today, and it was fantastic. I have been feeling pretty blah about my hair and the first thing one of the stylists told me was how much he loved my hair color. Joshua listened to why I was feeling ambivalent about my hair lately, and guided me to a coloring suggestion that would be low maintenance but also vamp it up a bit! I felt heard, but also helped. I’m really looking forward to my cut and color.

As a first time customer at this Salon, I was impressed! The text message reminders along with check in instructions were very clear. It was a clean salon in a great neighborhood. Even though it was my first time at this salon, Erik has been my stylist for over 10 years in Alaska. When he moved, I made a point to come down and see him here. He is very professional and with his years of training, I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. He’s open to hearing what my vision is for my hair and is able to give me a realistic timeline to reaching my goal. I have never walked away from my appointment disappointed and this visit was no different. I will be making the trip down from Fairbanks to Seattle again in order to continue seeing Erik.

Danielle did a great job coloring and cleaning up the ends. I am very happy with the cut and color. In fact my hair looked so shiny and healthy, when I went to the store after I had my hair done, the cashier said she thought I was wearing a wig.😂 The cashier said my hair looked so nice. When she saw me, that was the first thing she noticed. She couldn’t figure out why I looked so different until I told her I had it colored.

10/10 would recommend Jules. Told her what I wanted and she suggested ideas that came out looking great!

Juels is great! She meticulously worked through every single piece of hair on my head and created a very beautiful soft look I was hoping for. We started with brassy faded highlights, frizzy and dry ends, roots with spiky grays. Erik achieved my “dream color” of years & years (that no salon has been able to get) in 30 mins.. and then did the most natural pretty balayage on my hair. I’m so thrilled! He was so fun, kind, patient- and educated me on so many things. I ended up purchasing a mask from the salon as well that he recommended & I’m excited to use it! Couldn’t be happier. Juels, thank you so much for a fabulous experience. I came in with a 2 1/2 month short pixie grow out. Originally I had dark roots, blondshv highlights and a little ash highlight trying to hide my grade. It fadeded into reddish brown with gray roots with yellow blonde highlights… and had no shape. Definitely not sassy or attractive. You went in calm , you went in creative and the result was a fabulous pixie with bangs ash highlights, brown roots and the fabulous toner .You called it. “mushroom” it’s awesome.

Ashley does an excellent job in cutting my hair. It is fine and straight so if not cut right you can see shelving. She blends it beautifully and makes sure I\'m happy with it before leaving and at each subsequent appointment asks if there is anything we need to address or if there were any issues. She also cuts my wife\'s hair and does an outstanding job addressing areas of Colics that if not cut correctly, her hair will not be easily styled. She is the best stylists I have had over the years. I highly recommend Salon Ivory and especially Ashley!

This place really deserves a 5 star review. All the staff members are really amazing and they listen to your needs. My recent visit to Salon Ivory was rather an SOS call. I had visited another salon for my highlights, but ended up not having the color I was looking for. My face looked very different as the color was not suitable for my skin tone + the highlights were not quite flattering. I got online their booking system and found a Senior Stylist Erik. I sent him a message asking him if he could help me out with my hair situation.Once I arrived at my appointment, I told Erik what I was as looking for and he was very attentive. I wanted a color that blended with my dark black hair and yet had a hint of color for fun. Erik really understood the assignment. He got me the exact color that I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier. Also, the junior stylist ( forgot his name ) was really cordial and helped me get washed and styled my hair. Derek who owns the Salon is extremely friendly as well. I am so glad I found this place which will be go to place for years to come. They may not be very responsive on calls, but please get online and book appointment via their portal. Once you get there rest assured the team will take good care of you!!

It is straight and fine and if not cut correctly, shows every cut and shelves. Ashley is skilled a styling it with a cut that blends throughout. Each appointment begins with a question how the last hair cut was and if there are any areas she needs to address. She is congenial and shows a real interest in her clients. My wife also goes to her and has for several years. She is also extremely pleased with Ashley\'s ability to cut her hair and address several colic\'s that if not cut right create issues in styling. Ashley is a stylist that we highly recommend!

Josh was so great, he listened to all of my concerns and talked through everything with me. I had a big transformation. I was going from a color I never wanted from a different salon and me waiting seven months to do anything about it, to the color I wanted from the start and a cut that made my hair feel so much healthier. He also helped me create a game plan for my hair in the future, which I really appreciated.

My appointment today was with Joshua , and he did such an amazing job . He understood me right of how I wanted my cut to be and he was so good. With minute precision he did his job and it turned out really well. The best part I loved the enhanced curl styling that he did. His hands are good and so his understanding of his job.

it was my first time @ the salon and i had danielle helping me with my hair. everyone was sooo accommodating and friendly !! you would think that going to get your hair done alone on vday is enough to treat yourself, but the salon gifted all the patrons champagne and even let me eat some choco dipped strawberries. 🥺💖 my hair turned out fantastic and the four hours i was there literally flew by. i\'m happy to have come by and i hope to keep returning for such wonderful service !!!

Derek has been doing my hair since I moved to the west coast. Derek is a master colorist and stylist! He listens and I always leav the salon 150% better than when I arrived. His wizardry with hair lifts my spirit! He and his staff are pure gold!
