Cancellation policy:
We truly value your presence in our space as our guest. If you need to cancel, please extend the courtesy of providing at least 24 hours notice, and we'd be delighted to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient day. To secure your booking, we require saving a credit/debit card on file, ensuring your information is confidential and never shared.
For no-shows, a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost will be charged, and rescheduling will be possible only after payment in full. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or on the same day will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
To maintain consistency in our services, we recommend arriving a few minutes early. Additionally, please note our 15-minute policy: if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time, it may affect your service, potentially incurring additional charges if we cannot complete the service within the remaining time. While we strive to accommodate our guests, please understand that to ensure excellence, the allocated time for your service is crucial.
Though our policy is firm, we recognize unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will evaluate emergency scenarios on a case-by-case basis. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
REDO Policy:
At Salon Ivory, we strive for excellence in every service we provide. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may not be fully satisfied with your hair service. To address any concerns and ensure your complete satisfaction, we have implemented the following REDO policy:
1. **Notification Period**: If you are dissatisfied with your hair service, please notify us of the issue within 1 calendar week from the date of your original appointment. This allows us to address the concern promptly and effectively.
2. **In-Salon Assessment**: To initiate the REDO process, you must visit our salon in person. This enables our expert stylists to examine your hair and assess the proper course of action to either fix the issue or provide a refund for the service.
3. **Detailed Explanation**: During your visit, we encourage you to provide as many details as necessary regarding your dissatisfaction. This includes specifics about what aspect of the service did not meet your expectations, such as cut, color, style, or overall result. The more information you provide, the better equipped we are to make an informed decision on how to proceed.
4. **Expert Evaluation**: Our skilled stylists will carefully evaluate your hair and the specific concerns you have raised. This evaluation may include examining the current condition of your hair, discussing your desired outcome, and determining the most appropriate solution to achieve it.
5. **Options for Resolution**: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will propose one of the following resolutions:
- **Redo Service**: If the issue can be corrected through a redo of the service, we will schedule a follow-up appointment at no additional cost to you. Our goal is to ensure that you leave our salon completely satisfied with your hair.
- **Refund**: In certain cases where a redo is not feasible or desired, we may offer a refund for the service. This reflects our commitment to your satisfaction and acknowledges any inconvenience experienced.
6. **Feedback Appreciation**: Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps us continually improve and refine our services. We genuinely appreciate your business and value the opportunity to address any concerns you may have.
